Summary: In this role, you will support day-to-day legal operations for the Kaufman Hall Consulting Business Unit by drafting, reviewing, and supporting the negotiation of contracts while partnering with internal clients to address legal, compliance, and governance matters. You will work closely with legal leadership to ensure contracts align with organizational policies and risk standards, while progressively operating with greater independence. You will provide practical legal guidance, manage contract workflows, and contribute to efficient, compliant business operations. Responsibilities:

This is an office based role with an expectation of three days per week on site in Chicago, IL #LI-JS1 Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
