Margaret's Cones & Cups is a retro ice cream shop serving show stopping cones, cups, coffee, and novelties. This team member will serve our guests by selling ice cream, coffee, sweet treats, and other selections. Responsibilities: Answer guest questions about menu items. Brew gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages. Serve ice cream. Up-sell and offer helpful suggestions on items. Accurately orders and maintains a balanced bank. Provide information about the reosrt and entertainment district. Qualifications: Previous barista experience preferred. Must have cash handling experience. Must have a flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
