Summary: This is a part-time 24-hour a week, day shift position. Mid Coast Hospital's Emergency Department has 23 beds and is staffed 24/7. The Emergency Department provides initial treatment to patients of all ages with a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries. Team members provide rapid assessment and management of critical illnesses, as well as prompt care of minor illnesses and injuries. The Emergency Department Technician - MCH role works under the clinical supervision of Emergency Department clinicians to assure patient's needs and care requirements are met.
