Description MaineHealth CorporateManagement/Leadership Summary: This individual is responsible for the strategic development, management and implementation of careteam member well-being and recognition programs across the MaineHealth system. They will partner with other MaineHealth departments and Leaders throughout the organization to promote all components of well-being (physical, mental/emotional, nancial and social/community, recognition) to improve the health, well-being and employee engagement of care team members.
