Summary:

This individual is responsible for the strategic development, management and implementation of careteam member well-being and recognition programs across the MaineHealth system. They will partner with other MaineHealth departments and Leaders throughout the organization to promote all components of well-being (physical, mental/emotional, nancial and social/community, recognition) to improve the health, well-being and employee engagement of care team members.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in human resources management, health promotion, public health, exercise science.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing workforce health and wellbeing, disability and productivity improvement programs.
  3. Thorough knowledge of health and wellness programs, services, and evidence-based interventions.
  4. Ability to effectively manage contractors and vendors.
