As a Security Patrol Driver for Residential Property in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Residential patrol officer in a driving post, where you will monitor and patrol the location, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report conditions to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe resident and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific rules, documenting security-related concerns and/or incidents as needed.
• Support a professional residential environment by communicating with residents and property staff, addressing routine concerns, and following post orders for security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
