Responsibilities The Guest Services Associate greets all customers entering the Main Entrance of the hospital and assists with wayfinding and sometimes wheelchair transport to all areas of the campus. This individual will be cross-trained in the Gift Shop to provide sales assistance and outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include using a visitor management software to verify patient rooms for visitors and locations of patient appointments, communicating across departments, and interacting positively with guests.
