What You'll Do

As an Administrator in Training, you will partner directly with an experienced Licensed Administrator to gain hands-on experience in all areas of facility operations, including:

• Clinical and operational leadership

• Regulatory compliance and survey readiness

• Staff management, coaching, and team development

• Financial operations and budgeting

• Admissions, census development, and community outreach

• Driving quality outcomes and resident satisfaction

This structured program is designed to prepare you for LNHA licensure and a leadership role within our organization.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

• Active interest in becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

• Ability to obtain LNHA licensure in the state of Iowa upon program completion

• Experience leading, coaching, or developing others (healthcare experience preferred)

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
