Providence St. Joseph is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Vascular Surgery to join their team in Eureka California.

  • Position requires an experienced NP or PA to support a busy vascular/general surgeon.
  • Position will include clinic time, rounding at the hospital and surgical assisting in the OR
  • Approximately 60% clinic, 20% inpatient and 20% OR time
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • 12-14 patients per day
  • One day of surgical first assisting, 7:00-5:00pm approximately
  • 3 surgeons and 3 APP's in the group
  • Possible consults during the day to support surgeon if provider is in surgery
  • The group believes in a culture of kindness and respect and truly love to see each other succeed and in turn the best patient care is successful.
  • H1-B visa candidates supported O1/J1 visa candidates considered
  • Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • Compensation is between $156,997.00 and $194,937.00 per year


The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
