Mechanical aptitude and handtool experience are a plus but not required-we're looking for motivated individuals ready to learn and work hard.

Starting Wage: $15.00 (+$2.30 shift differential 2nd shift)

Shifts Available:

1st - Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some overtime

2nd - Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM with some overtime

Weekend - Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some overtime

Location: Faribault North

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining the 5s program to ensure a clean work area.
• Follow and understand HOMESafe, Personal Choice and company safety manual requirements.
• Identify and rework defective work pieces to comply with quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling and installing sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineering requirements.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks), obtain PIT License.
• All other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
• The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
• The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
