Work Environment: 5 days in office in Brea, CA Description * Perform ongoing account maintenance for new and existing accounts, including client detail updates and system alerts * Conduct verification checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance * Support account reactivations and status updates in coordination with Central Operations * Manage document imaging by scanning, uploading, indexing, and ensuring paperless retention standards * Support daily backoffice processing needs while adhering to internal controls and procedures Qualifications * 2-4 years of experience in banking backoffice operations, central operations, or account servicing * Handson experience with account maintenance activities (postopening updates and changes) * Familiarity with internal banking systems and workflow queues * Experience with document imaging, indexing, and electronic recordkeeping systems * Strong understanding of controls, verification standards, and audit requirements Skills * Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy * Ability to manage multiple queues and systems simultaneously * Comfort working in a structured, processdriven, regulated environment * Effective time management and prioritization skills * Clear written communication for documentation and audit support Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Brea, CA.
