Job Summary Our bilingual HR Assistant will support core HR functions including payroll, recruiting, and employee experience. This role will be onsite in our Tucson Distribution Center and will report to the remote HR Manager, with a dotted line to the site leader. This is a salaried non-exempt position for 40 hours a week. Hours will be 8am to 4:30pm 4 days a week, and 5am to 1:30pm at least 1 day a week (to overlap with 3rd shift). Pay range is $47,840 - $54,080 annually (depending on experience).
