Role Overview We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers across financial and propertyrelated services. This role focuses on handling inbound inquiries, resolving issues accurately, and documenting work clearly. The team is growing, and there is a strong chance to move into a longterm role based on performance. This is a fully remote position supporting customers across the U.S. What You'll Be Doing * Handle inbound customer calls and service requests. * Answer questions related to accounts, billing, orders, and services. * Verify customer details and account information. * Identify issues, determine root causes, and resolve or escalate when needed. * Document interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems. * Coordinate with internal teams to close customer requests. * Follow established guidelines, procedures, and service standards. Pay, Schedule & Logistics * Pay: $20.70 per hour * Work setup: Fully remote (U.S.-based) * Schedule: * Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Eastern * One rotating Saturday per month * Employment type: Contract with potential to convert Requirements MustHave * At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or highvolume support environment. * Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions. * Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills. * Ability to follow stepbystep procedures and service guidelines. * Reliable remote work setup and professionalism during scheduled hours. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.70 - $20.70/hr.
