Job Summary
The Brand Shop & Customer Experience Project Support role is responsible for managing a customer-facing retail space and supporting customer visit coordination activities within a customer experience environment. This position oversees daily retail operations, including merchandise handling, ordering, stocking, and customer transactions, while also supporting the planning and execution of customer visits and events. Key responsibilities include coordinating catering, scheduling tours, preparing gift bags, and ensuring a high-quality, organized, and welcoming customer experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive execution of tasks, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a customer-facing merchandise retail space, including stocking shelves and organizing inventory
- Process merchandise orders and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Assist customers and visitors with merchandise selection and checkout transactions
- Prepare and assemble gift bags and promotional materials for customer visits and walk-in guests
- Coordinate customer visit logistics, including scheduling tour dates and arranging tour guides
- Support planning and ordering of catered meals for customer visits and events
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional retail and customer experience environment
- Track and manage supplies, merchandise, and event-related materials
- Communicate with internal teams and customers to support scheduling and visit coordination
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner to support smooth customer experience delivery
- Assist with administrative coordination tasks related to customer visits and events
- Follow established processes while proactively identifying and addressing operational needs
- Provide responsive, professional customer service in all interactions
- Support additional duties as assigned to ensure successful execution of customer experience activities
Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently after training and follow established processes consistently
- Comfortable working in a retail and customer-facing environment
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative in completing tasks without constant direction
- Basic organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Willingness to support both administrative and hands-on operational responsibilities
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
- Retail, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred but not required
Work Experience
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, administrative coordination, or event support is strongly preferred
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
