Overview

The Sr Manager, Supply Chain Advisory is responsible for leading and delivering customerfocused, costeffective, and innovative supply chain solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving customer satisfaction and longterm success by providing highvalue strategic guidance, deep subject matter expertise, and tailored solutions that address complex customer business needs.

The Sr Manager serves as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, leading solution design and validation activities while shaping adoption strategies and value realization. This role partners closely with sales, consulting, product, and delivery teams to position Blue Yonder as a market leader in supply chain transformation.

What you'll do

  • Develop, articulate, and deliver customercentric supply chain solutions aligned to business objectives and measurable operational and financial outcomes.
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise across key supply chain domains, including planning, execution, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead customer engagements such as discovery, design, blueprinting, and solution validation sessions, ensuring clarity, alignment, and customer confidence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in process transformation discussions, guiding customers through workflows, reference architectures, and designauthority governance.
  • Deliver compelling Blue Yonder demonstrations using customerspecific data, business narratives, and differentiation messaging.
  • Connect solution configuration and design decisions to operational performance, financial impact, and adoption strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, consulting, and product teams to drive customer adoption, retention, and value realization.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Blue Yonder products, services, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to effectively position Blue Yonder as a market leader.
  • Build and sustain strong, longterm customer relationships by consistently delivering highimpact guidance and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities for customer expansion, enhancement, and upsell.

Key Skills

  • Demonstrated experience leading blueprinting, design, and solution validation exercises with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Experience deploying and configuring SaaS supply chain solutions, including understanding of change management, integrations, and project lifecycle phases.
  • Ability to deliver differentiated Blue Yonder demonstrations using business value storytelling and customerrelevant scenarios.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technical architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration strategies.
  • Ability to align technology and system design decisions to business KPIs and value drivers.
  • Experience supporting or governing design authority during implementations.
  • Experience with Blue Yonder products and solutions strongly preferred.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a customerfacing supply chain advisory, solution consulting, or consultative sales role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and technologies, including forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and transportation planning.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering customercentric solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in fastpaced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
