The Gear You Come With

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of press machine operation experience (metals)
• Candidates must possess a mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-starter and problem-solver mentality

From Setup to Finish

• Operate hydraulic stamping presses to form, cut, or shape metal parts
• Load and feed raw metal material into the press safely and accurately
• Change and set up plates, tools, dies, and fixtures as required for each job
• Adjust press settings to meet production and quality specifications
• Inspect finished parts for defects and dimensional accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
