If you are ready to play an essential role in the recruiting of top engineering talent for a firm that has been improving lives since 1913, then read on. As a Contract TA Partner, you'll use your skills to capture top talent while helping people achieve their career goals.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Identifying and engaging top talent across Energy Market
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future roles within the organization
  • Must be able to work well within a team setting as well as be able to work independently
  • Source and identify candidates using Linked In, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate early-stage candidate evaluations
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with outreach and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and records within recruiting systems
  • Collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers to meet hiring needs
  • Assist in ensuring a smooth and consistent candidate experience
  • Drive positive candidate experiences and align with existing team's recruiting process

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or other relevant field
  • 3+ years of successful recruiting experience
  • Experience in the engineering and architectural consulting industry preferred
  • Strong interviewing, communication, organizational,and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using recruiting tools (i.e. internet job boards, networking and social media).
  • Knowledge of Lever or other ATS systems
  • Must possess problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative and the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
  • An understanding of OFCCP requirements, civil and energy engineering
