Senior Project Manager IAM / Cyber Security

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH, Dallas, TX, or Charlotte, NC. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity.

Pay range: $60.00-75.00 per hour

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of key initiatives within our Identity & Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity portfolio. This role is focused on hands-on project execution, managing multiple concurrent technology projects within a highly regulated banking environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to drive results across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver multiple concurrent technology projects (project-level, not program oversight)
• Support execution of IAM and cybersecurity initiatives, including roadmap delivery
• Operate effectively across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Drive project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment to timelines and objectives
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution
• Partner with stakeholders across technology, security, risk, and business teams
• Provide clear and consistent communication to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously in a delivery-focused role
• Experience working on or supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives
• Background in banking or financial services
• Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong execution focus

Desired skills:

• Experience supporting cybersecurity or risk-related initiatives
• Exposure to regulatory, audit, or compliance-driven projects (e.g., control remediation, SOX)
• Experience working in other highly regulated industries
