Pay Range: $21.80 to $25.05 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

Job Description:

• Weigh and direct traffic of all Livehaul trailers brought to the processing plant, to supply both processing plants.

• Dispatch trailers as necessary.
• Change sequence of trailers to meet production requirements.
• Weigh and record all trailer weights.
• Maintain inventory of trailers.
• Help maintain and improve quality and food safety, to insure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.

• Heavy Equipment Operating - provide outside sanitation, recycle materials and provide general environmental support to the Livingston facility by utilizing facility street sweeper, sump pumping vehicle, forklift for refuse disposal, supply room assistance and general grounds cleanup.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have basic English skills (spoken and written)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain in-house forklift certificate
• Must have a valid CA driver license, demonstrate and maintain acceptable DMV printout
• Must have the ability to safely operate tanker vehicle on company property and in tight quarters
• Must be able to work with city law enforcement in the event of "spills" on city streets
• Must have the ability to lift and carry 75 pounds unassisted
• Must be able to submit and pass criminal background check
