The Senior Director of Finance, Field Operations is a hands-on finance leader responsible for driving consistent execution, performance management, and accountability across field operations. Reporting to the Vice President, Americas Finance, this role leads a team of Area Finance Directors aligned to the four U.S. operating areas and ensures that financial insights are translated into clear actions and measurable results.

This role is focused on operational excellence-standardizing how we manage the business, reinforcing rigor in performance reviews, and equipping field teams with practical tools and KPIs. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement, and who can bridge finance and field operations to drive day-to-day performance.

What You'll Do:

Business Partnership & Execution Focus

  • Serve as a pragmatic, execution-focused partner to the VP of Finance, EVP & Chief Operating Officer (Americas), and field operations leadership
  • Translate financial insights into clear, actionable plans for the field
  • Support day-to-day decision-making by connecting financial outcomes to operational drivers
  • Reinforce alignment between financial targets and field execution

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Area Finance Directors
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and business impact
  • Ensure consistent capabilities, tools, and approaches across all areas

Value Creation & Performance Management

  • Operationalize a consistent value creation framework across all operating areas
  • Ensure initiatives are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered with accountability
  • Monitor performance against key drivers (e.g., productivity, utilization, cost efficiency, ancillary performance)
  • Partner with field teams to remove barriers and accelerate execution of improvement actions

Reporting, KPIs & Analytics

  • Implement and enforce standardized KPIs across all operating areas
  • Ensure reporting is consistent, practical, and directly tied to operational decisions
  • Deploy dashboards and tools developed by transformation teams and ensure adoption in the field
  • Continuously refine reporting to improve clarity, usability, and actionability

Operational Review & Governance

  • Lead structured, recurring operating reviews with field leadership, focused on performance, gaps, and actions
  • Drive disciplined variance analysis and ensure follow-through on commitments
  • Establish a consistent cadence and format for performance reviews across all areas
  • Elevate issues, risks, and opportunities in a clear and timely manner

Process Improvement & Standardization

  • Drive adoption of standardized processes, tools, and methodologies across all operating areas
  • Ensure consistency in how financial and operational performance is measured and managed
  • Partner with transformation and corporate finance teams to implement new tools and frameworks effectively
  • Identify practical opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency in the field

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles supporting operations
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in driving performance improvement and value creation initiatives
  • Deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, and operational finance
  • Strong operator with a bias for action and execution
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, field-level actions
  • Clear and direct communicator who drives accountability
  • Strong financial and operational judgment
  • Ability to build trust and influence across field leadership
  • Continuous improvement mindset with focus on results

The annual starting salary for this position is between$185,000 - $230,000annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
