We are looking for a MarketingProjectManager to work with a client in Austin, TX on a full-time contract basis starting mid-May for a 90-day term with the potential to extend.This role is required to be on location in the office Monday through Thursday with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintainallprojectrelated documentation (scopes, timeline, requirements, internal meetings)
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across eCommerce, performance, social, and product to gather requirements and implement feedback
  • Work closely with the creative marketing team to help drive creation and delivery of commercial campaigns, packaging development and product launches

    • Types of assets include but are not limited to: email, site, packaging, social, retail, print, performance



Important qualification highlights:

  • 2+ years ofprojectmanagement experience in marketing/advertising, preferably in consumer goods (packaging experience is also a plus)
  • Ability to juggle multipleprojects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building detailed timelines and schedules with dependencies usingprojectmanagement tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Workfront, etc.)


The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $45-$50 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
