Reporting to the Manager of ESG Reporting and Compliance, the ESG Reporting and Compliance Principal will be a strategic and critical thinker with strong instincts and an endless appetite for information, the ESG Reporting and Compliance Principal shapes and coordinates our ESG roadmap and drives its successful execution through cross-functional partnership. With a keen eye for detail and strong business acumen, this role will be responsible for centralizing ESG disclosures to support all external reporting. This individual will build strong relationships with global and cross-functional teams to ensure that FedEx's governance, strategies, policies, processes, controls and disclosures meet emerging compliance requirements, align with voluntary and regulatory reporting standards, and are consistent across all external requirements. This person will act as an enterprise expert to the FedEx approach to compliance and communicate necessary business change across its global audience. Essential Functions
