Overview The Associate Director, Medical Publications - TTR Franchise supports the strategic development and execution of the global medical publication plan for Alnylam's transthyretin amyloidosis (TTR) franchise. Reporting to the Director, Medical publications - TTR Franchise, this role contributes to the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact publications supporting Alnylam's medical strategy across cardiomyopathy and neuropathy programs. As part of the Scientific Communications organization within Medical Affairs, the Associate Director partners closely with with cross-functional stakeholders including Medical Directors, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Scientific Communications, Legal, and Commercial teams to develop a global publication strategy, and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant dissemination of clinical and scientific data though peer-reviewed publications and presentations at major scientific congresses. This is a highly collaborative and visible role requiring strong scientific expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to manage complex publication activities in a global matrixed environment. This is a hybrid position located in Cambrige, MA. Key Responsibilities

U.S. Pay Range $173,700.00 - $235,100.00 The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
