MRA (The Management Association) is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. We're looking for a skilled and solutions-oriented professional who is passionate about optimizing systems, improving processes, and driving user adoption across a dynamic organization. As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as the primary owner of our Salesforce environment, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. You will partner closely with leaders across the organization to design, develop, and implement solutions supporting fundraising, marketing, outreach, and core program operations. This is a full-time opportunity based on-site at our Golden Valley, MN office. Essential Functions Salesforce Administration & Optimization * Serve as primary administrator for a 200+ user Salesforce environment System Integrity & Enhancements * Perform system audits, manage data integrity, and support upgrades Business Partnership & User Support * Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions Collaboration & Continuous Improvement * Act as liaison between users, vendors, and technical teams Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Education: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) or equivalent demonstrated experience. Experience:Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of improving processes and driving user adoption. Technical Skills:Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. Experience with data management, system integrations, and CRM best practices. Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM211) or additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). Experience: Experience working in nonprofit or service-based organizations and within Agile/SCRUM environments. Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional teams and system enhancements. Technical Skills: Advanced experience with Salesforce integrations, reporting/analytics, and system optimization. Familiarity with data governance and platform scalability strategies. Competencies: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions. Strong collaboration skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
