ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is responsible for driving regional sales growth by building strong client relationships and developing new business opportunities. The position focuses on promoting specialized services including sealants, waterproofing, air barriers, and restoration. Success in this role requires a balance of technical knowledge, sales strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Salary range $90,000-$130,000. Based on location and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Manage regional sales activities to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Focus on projects involving sealants, waterproofing, air barriers, and restoration
  • Present company capabilities through meetings, site tours, and marketing materials
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Support development of regional sales strategies and competitive positioning
  • Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends
  • Serve as a technical resource and trusted advisor to clients
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Partner with estimating, marketing, and operations teams on bids and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A results-driven sales professional with industry experience in sealants, waterproofing, or restoration and a strong ability to generate and close new business. This individual is both relationship-focused and technically knowledgeable, able to position solutions that meet client needs. They are proactive, organized, and collaborate effectively across teams to drive growth.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE



  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in sealants, waterproofing, or restoration industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle and bid development
  • Ability to develop accurate and competitive proposals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite


WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • Occasional visits to active plant and field locations are required based on operational needs.
  • Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required while in the plant and field.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and navigate active plant and field environments as needed.
  • Must be able to climb stairs, walk on uneven surfaces, and safely move through industrial work areas.
  • May be exposed to moving equipment, machinery, and other standard industrial hazards.
  • May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, as well as noise, dust, and vibration.
