ABOUT THE ROLE The Assistant Sealants Field Supervisor supports the Field Supervisor in coordinating and overseeing the installation of joint sealants, waterproofing, air barrier systems, traffic coatings, expansion joints, concrete repair/restoration, and related scopes across buildings, parking structures, and ramps. The role assists with field safety, field administration, daily reporting, crew coordination, equipment/material management, quality, and overall job progress. This position works closely with and reports directly to the Field Supervisor. Salary range $84,000 - $104,000. Based on location and experience. SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY. WHAT YOU'LL DO
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a candidate who has strong leadership and communication skills, hands-on experience managing crews in sealant, waterproofing, or air barrier applications, and a solid understanding of jobsite safety. They are proactive in problem-solving and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Experience with large or complex projects and a background in precast concrete or construction sites are preferred.
