Territory Account Manager for our Southeast is responsible
for maintaining and growing existing accounts along with establishing new
accounts. The primary focus as Territory Account Manager will be to build and
nurture long term relationships with Distributors, Truck Dealers, Fleets truck
dealers and fleet customers throughout SC, GA, AL, MS, LA, AR, OK, TX, FL.

Duramag Truck Body offers services for upfit, mounting &
fabrication for our complete truck body line & accessory brands including
DuraMag, Magnum and Royal Truck Body,

You will be responsible for:

* Maintaining control over your assigned territories through
developing strong customer relationships
* Managing dealer & fleet accounts. Building additional
business through up-selling to current customers
* Weekly travel to new prospects and existing distributor
accounts
* Participating in trade shows, company open houses, golf
tournaments, and other trade show association events to meet with existing
clients and sell new products
* Preparing sales quotes
* Work cross functionally between sales, engineering and Ops
to configure best in class solutions for customers
* Following up with production regarding the status of open
orders
* Providing customers with marketing sales tools &
product training
* Assuring prompt and careful handling of customer
complaints and warranty issues
* Meeting regularly with end users and large fleet accounts
to spec out vehicles and bodies
* Calling aftermarket vendors to get specifications and
pricing information for quotations
* Partnering with the transportation department to ensure
deliveries are communicated
* Supporting the release and assignment of chassis to order
specifications
* Partnering with engineers to build and prepare custom
quotes & drawings for customers
* Assisting with various marketing projects
* Attending distributor & fleet customer events GM,
Ford, and Dodge meetings for training purposes
* Track sales through CRM
* Work in partnership with Inside Sales

Note: Sales is a contact sport. Up to 50% travel will be
required, primarily within your assigned market. Travel generally by vehicle -
vehicle and fuel allowance provided.

What you need to be successful

* Associate's degree in business or technical field, or
equivalent sales experience
* Successful expertise working in an Outside Sales
Representative / Territory Manager capacity
* Knowledge of work truck body applications, equipment &
accessories
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word,
and Outlook
* CRM experience
* Willingness to learn, teach and be a team player
* A track record of exceptional customer service
* Ability to travel 50+%
