APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Inspect, audit, and maintain lab areas to ensure safety and protection of intellectual property Manage inventory, including stocking and dispensing materials to lab users Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using root cause analysis Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to improve lab processes and reduce variances Gather feedback from lab users to enhance services and operational efficiency Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED completion 1+ years of hands-on experience in a lab, manufacturing, or technical environment 1+ years of experience in inventory management, auditing, or materials handling Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate professionally in a team setting What Sets You Apart: Experience supporting R&D or semiconductor lab environments Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Comfort working long hours on your feet and lifting up to 30 lbs Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
