APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Develop and implement manufacturing processes for assemblies, machining, equipment installation, and material handling Design plant layouts and machine arrangements to maximize efficiency and productivity Define operation sequences and procedures for tool fabrication and equipment usage Monitor machinery and equipment performance, identifying issues and driving corrective actions Integrate inspection, testing, and statistical process control methods into production plans. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace or Materials Engineering 5+ years of experience with composite main-rotor blade system 3+ years of experience conducting Bond Cycle Certification for blade bonding tools. 3+ years of experience using SAP and Solumina 2+ years of experience with Bonding 2+ years of experience with Component Technical Specifications What Sets You Apart: Proven track record in troubleshooting blade-level faults Six Sigma Green Belt, AS9100 auditor, or similar qualitysystem credentials. Experience with the UH-60M system's main-rotor blade system. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
