Second Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM. Shift Premium: + $5.00/hr. for full time roles. Looking for a solid job with great pay and a consistent schedule? Wagner is hiring Production Workers for 2nd shift-no advanced experience required. Work Monday-Thursday, earn a $5/hour shift premium, and build a long-term career in manufacturing. What You'll Do Work with your hands to support production and assembly Load and unload materials and parts Operate basic equipment and tools (training provided) Inspect parts and help ensure quality Keep your work area clean and safe What We're Looking For Experience in warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus Ability to use basic tools and follow instructions Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Ability to lift, move, and stay active throughout the shift Why Wagner? $5/hour extra for 2nd shift 4-day workweek (long weekends!)
