Job Description

Job Summary:



In this role, you have the opportunity to ensure the quality of our products meets the high demand requirements of the aerospace industry. Position supports incoming inspection, in-process, and final inspection. Generating non-conforming material records in our Manufacturing Execution System. Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection to ensure that company standards are met.



Job Responsibilities:



  • Perform inspection of product/subassemblies to requirements as specified in documentation during incoming, in-process, and final inspection
  • Perform inspection of PCBA, fabricated mechanical parts, and cables but not limited to visual and dimensional inspection.
  • Perform inspection of purged product as requested.
  • Enter inspection results into manufacturing execution system.
  • Generate non-conformance/defect reports as required.
  • Perform first article inspections to support the component/part qualification.
  • Be able to read and interpret specifications and part prints.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
  • Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation.
  • Enforcing FOE/FOD, ESD and Calibration protocols.
  • Communicates and assists in the resolution of quality related problems.
  • Performing a variety of Quality Assurance related tasks in support of engineering and operations.
  • Support FOD, GEMBA, Compliance audits.


Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience of PCBA inspection and IPC-A-610 certification or previous.
  • Background in RF Microwave hybrid assembly (MIL-STD-883 or MIL-PRF-38534).
  • Typically requires3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment and with MIL-STD-883.
  • Experience working in an ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System environment.
  • Experiencewith PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Experience working in aerospace/defense industry.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of plating and conversion coating specifications.
  • Experience with Cable Inspection, certification or previous to IPC-A-620.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and Aegis Factory Logix.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work with little instruction on daily work.

Pay Grade Range
Fulltime Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position
* $44,000.00 - $88,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees
* $49,300.00 - $98,600.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA
* $51,900.00 - $103,800.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ
