Vice President, Human Resources - Analytical Sciences - Milford MA. Hybrid
Overview The Vice President, Human Resources serves as the senior HR leader for the Analytical Sciences business unit and as a principal advisor to the Analytical Sciences SVP and executive leadership team. This role is accountable for aligning people strategy with business priorities to accelerate growth, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure organizational effectiveness across geographies. Operating within a matrixed, global environment, the VP, HR translates enterprise strategy into high-impact, regionally relevant people solutions while maintaining governance, consistency, and compliance. The role leads a global HR organization and partners closely with enterprise HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable and differentiated outcomes. This role will be based out of the Milford, MA site. Responsibilities Executive Partnership & Business Leadership
