Job Summary
The Supervisor, Maintenance 2 coordinates daily maintenance activities and provides frontline leadership to craft personnel. The role ensures tasks are completed safely, accurately, and in alignment with established procedures. This position supports troubleshooting, documentation, and workforce readiness to maintain smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily maintenance tasks and assign work to craft personnel based on schedule and priority. Monitor work progress, verify task completion, and maintain accurate documentation and reports. 30%
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in alignment with established procedures and regulatory requirements. 25%
- Provide hands-on support during routine maintenance activities and assist in troubleshooting basic equipment issues. 20%
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials, and escalate shortages or issues as needed. 10%
- Communicate work status, resource needs, and challenges to senior supervisors or maintenance management. 10%
- Support onboarding and basic training of new team members. 5%
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Extensive knowledge of and the ability to perform Maintenance Craft related skills
- Knowledge of cost estimating
- Computer skills (including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Ability to troubleshoot, operate, maintain, construct and make repairs to facility, utilities, machinery and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required or
- technical school certification or maintenance apprenticeship Preferred
- 1+ years supervisory experience in Maintenance related activities Required

Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,680 - $92,520.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
