AREA ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is looking for an Area Accounting Manager to give direct account support at the property level, with a dotted line to the Corporate Finance Department in all aspects related to Income Audit, General Cashiering, Accounts Receivables, F&B controls and Accounts Payable invoicing.

Income Audit / General Cashier / Payroll (20%)

- Balance guest ledger, A/R ledger and deposit ledger accounts daily

- Balance T.O.T, Sales Taxes and Tourism Taxes daily via Profitsage

- Ensure daily Income Audit reports are completed by noon

Accounts Receivable (20%)

- Respond to all chargebacks timely

- Prepare and send AR invoices within 3 days of departure

Accounts Payable (20%)

- Code invoices and review for accuracy

- Reconcile vendor statements

F&B (15%)

- Setup and administer F&B-inclusive room packages

Budget (5%)

- Assist GM with budget and AOP

Forecast (10%)

- Assist GM with weekly forecasts

Reconciliations / Other Duties (10%)

- Month-end processing

Education/Experience

- 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance
