Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Analyst to design, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention programs for children ages 18 months-21 years with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities using applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods. This primarily consists of clinic-based service delivery although there may be opportunities for community-based service delivery. The behavior analyst will provide treatments focused on skill building (e.g., intensive behavioral intervention program) and behavior reduction (e.g., severe behavior clinic). Key Responsibilities: Work Environment: The position is primarily based in a clinic setting, with occasional opportunities for community-based service delivery. The Behavior Analyst will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and may be required to travel within the community to provide services. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate professional to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young adults with developmental disabilities. Shift
Monday - Friday Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in behavior analysis or a closely related field and at least 2 years of experience in child development. Licensure as required for position. Anticipated Hiring Range
