- In this role, you will plan and implement internal communications to increase effectiveness of business and people processes
- You will support local site community and public relations initiatives, including implementation and communication
- Develop and implement
the site-wide communications plan, with the objective of building understanding, and educating employees on topics of business interest, including assessment of existing methods and development of strategies to improve - Support development of internal communication programs and materials, streamlining content to ensure information is
concise and easy to understand - Collaborate with Site Leadership, HR and Site teams to provide ongoing support to the business on people related processes
- Provide communications and event-planning support to employee-led resource groups
- Support content management for intranet and digital signage
What makes you great
- A Bachelor's degree in
Communications, Journalism, or Marketing is required, plus 1-3 years of relevant experience - Proven command of editorial, grammatical, and writing
skills, paired with effective project management and planning abilities to prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver on time - Strong ability to organize and present complex
information in a clear and audienceappropriate manner, strengthened by strong interpersonal skills that support collaboration, problemsolving, and teamwork - Ability to tailor messaging for both internal and
external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across diverse audiences - An employeeexperience mindset, with an understanding
of how communications can influence engagement, inclusion, and site culture - Understanding of visual communication principles,
ensuring content is clear, engaging, and accessible - Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills,
and criticalthinking abilities, along with flexibility, a proactive mindset, and a desire to learn and grow - Experience using MS Office, SharePoint, Canva, and
ability to learn new programs quickly
