Pharmacy Technician
Hilliard, OH Pay From: $22 Per Hour MUST: Certified as a Pharmacy Tech in the state of Ohio with an active license 4+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail/outpatient setting Experience assisting patients on phone and in person Experience processing refills Maintaining and ordering medications and supplies Counting meds, creating labels and filling prescriptions Strong computer skills and ability to verify insurance Experience following up on rejected prescriptions Strong customer service skills Handling high volume data entry Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment DUTIES: The Pharmacy Technicians duties include but are not limited to the following: Greet patients in person and over the phone in a very high volume setting Process prescriptions Perform high volume data entry Verify insurance Follow up with insurance companies on rejected prescriptions Document patient information in computer system Provide customer service support Create labels and process prescriptions *Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
