Patient Service Representative San Diego, CA \| Fully Onsite We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team in San Diego.* This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a fastpaced healthcare setting, and values being part of a supportive, missiondriven organization. What You'll Do As a Patient Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients and play a key role in creating a positive experience. Responsibilities include: Welcoming patients and assisting with checkin and checkout for appointments * Answering phones and supporting patients in a highcallvolume environment * Performing general administrative tasks to support clinic operations * Using EPIC to review, enter, and update patient information * Working closely with providers and teammates to keep daily workflows running smoothly * Providing friendly, professional service while maintaining patient confidentiality What We're Looking For Required Qualifications * 1+ year of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting * Experience in a Patient Service Representative, frontdesk, or similar patientfacing role * Strong communication skills and comfort handling multiple tasks at once * Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced, highcallvolume environment Preferred (NicetoHave) * Prior EPIC experience * Strong phone and customer service skills * A quick learner and collaborative team player Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
