Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• 2 years of safety experience
• Steel-toe boots
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety programs, and emergency preparedness
• Experience developing and implementing safety policies and training programs
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred:

• Safety or environmental certifications (e.g., OSHA, CSP, CHMM)
• Experience with environmental compliance programs and reporting

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to walk the facility and perform safety inspections regularly

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety and emergency response programs
• Evaluate effectiveness of safety initiatives and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and internal safety policies
• Conduct safety training and update materials to reflect best practices
• Identify and mitigate workplace risks to reduce injuries and incidents
• Support accident prevention, emergency preparedness, and risk management initiatives
• Monitor and manage environmental programs, including wastewater and hazardous waste handling
• Prepare and manage safety improvement budgets
• Perform regular safety audits, inspections, and reporting
• Communicate safety and environmental updates across the organization
