What Gets You on the Line The Basics: High School Diploma or GED, and good old-fashioned hustle. Shop-Floor Smarts: 3 years of previous manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (soft gel encapsulation experience preferred) The Heavy Lifting: On your feet, moving boxes (up to 50 lbs), keeping count. What You'll Be Doing Perform intermediate mechanical functions, including troubleshooting, correcting machine malfunctions, and identifying problems such as bottlenecks. Clearly document activities in batch records, forms, and other GMP documents. Offer suggestions to superiors and follow up on process improvements related to safety, compliance, cost, and productivity. Identify and report both machine and manual deviations to supervisor or designee. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guidelines.
