The Senior Manager of Single Cell Biology leads the operational execution of multiplatform laboratory services, overseeing managers and technical staff to ensure highquality, efficient support for complex research projects. This role translates strategic priorities into actionable operational plans, coordinating personnel, resources, and timelines while developing comprehensive training and professional development programs for staff at all levels. Acting as a key liaison across teams and stakeholders, the Senior Manager drives effective communication, collaboration, and project execution, while also managing budgets, inventory, and resource planning. Through strong leadership and continuous improvement of workflows, this role advances the laboratory's scientific capabilities and ensures alignment between staff development, project delivery, and broader organizational objectives.
