Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : General Equivalency Diploma Job Description Supports day-to-day production operations activities, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Progression from entry-level to lead involves increasing responsibility for process execution and mentoring What You Will Be Doing Support daytoday production operations, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Start production jobs and move work to the appropriate machines based on established workflows. Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Identify damaged product and initiate reprints following defined procedures. Monitor production output to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Troubleshoot standard production issues with clear resolution paths. Maintain documentation and basic reports related to production activity. Work within a structured environment with established schedules and processes. Communicate issues or delays to supervisors as needed. Support continuous improvement through consistent execution of processes. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We Need from You Experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment preferred. Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks with attention to detail. Comfort working in a structured and demanding production setting. Ability to follow established procedures while making minor adjustments when needed. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. Ability to work under moderate supervision and handle moderately complex tasks independently. Dependable, safetyfocused, and qualitydriven. Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks required in a production environment.
