Job Description

Supports day-to-day production operations activities, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Progression from entry-level to lead involves increasing responsibility for process execution and mentoring

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support daytoday production operations, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Start production jobs and move work to the appropriate machines based on established workflows.

  • Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

  • Identify damaged product and initiate reprints following defined procedures.

  • Monitor production output to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

  • Troubleshoot standard production issues with clear resolution paths.

  • Maintain documentation and basic reports related to production activity.

  • Work within a structured environment with established schedules and processes.

  • Communicate issues or delays to supervisors as needed.

  • Support continuous improvement through consistent execution of processes.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We Need from You

  • Experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment preferred.

  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

  • Comfort working in a structured and demanding production setting.

  • Ability to follow established procedures while making minor adjustments when needed.

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

  • Ability to work under moderate supervision and handle moderately complex tasks independently.

  • Dependable, safetyfocused, and qualitydriven.

  • Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks required in a production environment.
