Job Description: Support the RSES contracts department in the ongoing administration and management of our various suppliers and subcontractors who support the RSES program. Help the team perform a comprehensive review of all Subcontract data stored in AMA's Reporting and Management Information System (ARAMIS) and RSES vendor portal and help perform various data-cleanup activities. Perform research into AI tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot to determine how the contracts department can better leverage AI to handle routine, manual tasks while maintaining compliance with all AMA or NASA data security requirements. This internship begins June 1, 2026, and concludes August 7, 2026. On-site work at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA is requested of candidates that meet the facility requirement of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Pay for this position is $19.24 - $23.37, depending on education. Responsibilities:
