The Lead Supervisor oversees union Designers and Drafting Technicians within the Gas Distribution Design Engineering department. This role supports the design and engineering teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. The Lead Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership, develops team capability, drives process improvements (e.g., design standardization and file management), and partners with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs and work packages.
