About you

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Client & Marketing Coordinator who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike!

As a Senior Client & Marketing Coordinator, you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional support to an assigned broker or team of brokers. From project management to marketing wizardry, you're the go-to guru for all things real estate. You have a passion for proposal creation and presentation. You're ready to tackle any client-facing challenge, or transaction administration task that comes your way.

In this role, you will...

  • Develop all deal collateral including offering memorandums and broker opinion of values

  • Coordinate with marketing teams and members through Colliers to augment the quality and uniqueness of marketing materials.

  • Monitor competitor activity and current design trends to ensure marketing materials remain fresh, modern, and competitive

  • Review all print materials in detail before client distribution

  • Set up and distribute projects through team determined medium.

  • Actively identify best distribution mediums, online platforms to maximize effectiveness and reach

  • Work to populate, buyer lists and ensure they are up to date. Working with top capital markets offices to ensure lists are accurate and fully populated.

  • Coordinate and organize buyer list through Affinity so team can create tailored marketing campaigns

  • Create, organize, and lead team marketing plan through print, online, blog, podcast mediums

  • Maximize team's client facing brand, augment awareness of team individuals and market coverage

  • Work with Colliers corporate for access to most up to date marketing relationships in print and online media.

  • Market team within Colliers throughout US.

  • Create, organize, and lead marketing efforts for individual broker talent.

  • Drive LinkedIn Interaction, work with local and national publications to drive interaction

  • Work with Colliers nationally to ensure producers are getting highlighted

  • Coordinate and create team to create full calendar year and budget for 3-4 events annually

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or similar field.

  • Adobe InDesign experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Creative design sensibility and comfort working within brand and style guidelines.

  • Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
