About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic in-house creative team driving brand and marketing storytelling across digital, social, OOH, and experiential platforms. This short-term contract role is ideal for aseasoned Creative Producerwho thrives on turning bold creative concepts into beautifully executed campaigns. You'll oversee production from pre-pro through delivery,managing partners, coordinating teams, and keeping projects moving with precision and creative flair.


Key Responsibilities


  • Leadend-to-end productionfor photo, video, and integrated brand campaigns.



  • Translate creative direction into actionable production plans, scopes, budgets, and schedules.



  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders acrosscreative, strategy, marketing, and legal, as well as external agencies and production vendors.



  • Manage RFPs, crew sourcing, timelines, and post-production deliverables for content across multiple channels.



  • Drive editorial and post-production processes to ensure milestones are met and brand consistency maintained.



  • Support the development of production strategies, pitch materials, and project documentation.



  • Operate confidently in fast-paced, high-visibility environments and serve as the creative team's operational anchor.



What You Bring


  • 7+ years of experiencein creative production, preferably within anagency or integrated brand environment.



  • Strong background managingvideo and photo content, including post-production and editing workflows.



  • Deep understanding ofcreative operations, timelines, and vendor management.



  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.



  • Highly organized, proactive, and able tojump in and lead projects independently.



  • Skilled inGoogle Workspace, with comfort navigating large-scale creative environments.



  • Portfolio or campaign links showcasing relevant work.



Bonus Points For


  • Experience working intech, real estate, or lifestylesectors.



  • Familiarity withAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)orFigma.



  • A strategic yet hands-on approach to balancing creative ambition with production discipline.



  • Willingness to travel occasionally if projects require on-site support.



The pay for this W-2 position is$58 -$60per hour.This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
