Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Part-time Event Assistant for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description:

Attendee check-in for INQUIRE event held in Norris Center on Friday, 4/24/26. Governor JB Pritzker is speaking at 9 am for 30 minutes in the Louis Room. Guests will start to arrive at 8 am and stay until noon. Approximately 160 guests are expected, which will require check-in and badge pick up. If a person is available on 4/23/26, it is possible that we may also have you organize the check-in materials during regular business hours.
