This role is responsible for overseeing daytoday clinical operations, driving performance improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with physician, nursing, and administrative leaders to deliver highquality, patientcentered care across multiple sites and service lines Direct and optimize daily clinical operations across inpatient and/or ambulatory settings, including staffing models, patient flow, access, and capacity management. Lead operational execution for multiple practice sites or departments, ensuring consistency with Montefiore Einstein clinical standards. [zoominfo.com] Performance Improvement & Quality Drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives using data, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA). Monitor operational dashboards related to throughput, access, clinical productivity, and patient satisfaction. Lead remediation plans for underperforming sites or metrics. Financial & Resource Management Manage and monitor operating budgets, productivity targets, and expense controls across assigned clinical areas. Oversee resource allocation including staffing, equipment, space utilization, and vendor relationships. Support forecasting and strategic growth initiatives in partnership with finance and senior leadership. Provide leadership and development for managers, supervisors, and clinical support staff. Set goals, conduct performance evaluations, and build leadership bench strength across operations. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. EDUCATION,TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Eight years of relevant work experience in a clinical setting which includes at least three years of administrative and clinical management experience. Oncology experience required/Master's Degree in Health Administration, Policy, Business, Nursing or related field strongly preferred. New York State Registered Professional Nurse License and current registration. | |
