As a Senior Art Director, you will operate at a high level within our in-house creative team, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In this role, you will partner closely with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to bring cohesive, customer-focused marketing to life across all channels, with a strong emphasis on retail signage and point-of-purchase (POP) experiences. You will play a key role in shaping visual direction, driving creative excellence, and ensuring clarity and consistency across high-volume retail environments. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in art direction, preferably in-house or within a retail-focused environment Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels and how creative adapts across each Extensive experience with retail signage, in-store communication, and POP display design Proven ability to lead projects from concept to execution Strong design, typography, and layout skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to balance leadership with hands-on execution Physical Demands Ability to work in a fast-paced office or creative studio environment Frequent use of a computer and design tools Ability to review physical creative materials and retail displays as needed Diversity is a Core Value at Bob's At Bob's Discount Furniture, we want you to feel at home.
