Overview Human Resource Business Partner - Home Health Location: Remote-Anywhere in the US Position: HRBP Director Remote/Virtual Position: Remote, Travel: 25% Nationwide Salary:$130,000 to $140,000 + Bonus Healthcare experience required for consideration Experience supporting Sales teams strongly preferred. What You Need to Know The HRBP - Director serves as a strategic contributor and consultant that supports and influences leaders who run profitable growth businesses that have one purpose: to deliver consistently exceptional care for patients and their families. The HRBP Director is responsible for leading & facilitating the effective implementation of human capital initiatives in different departments and levels of the business. They work closely with senior and executive management in developing and applying changes to people and operational management strategies, recruiting plans, compensation planning, identifying training needs, and advocating for continuous learning of employees where necessary. Be the Best HRBP Director You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with a Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or Business Administration strongly preferred. At least 5 years HR and/or OD experience in generalist, business partner and/or management roles with a solid track record for delivering results. Preferred candidates will have experience in all HR functional areas, a strong emphasis in organizational effectiveness and leadership development. Preferred candidates will have previous experience in a healthcare setting and/or a consultative selling organization. Proven experience serving in both strategic and operational HR roles.
