Senior Analyst, Corporate Development Miami Based The Senior Analyst, Corporate Development will support World Kinect's global strategic growth objectives through advanced financial modelling, valuation work, market analysis, and M&A transaction support. This role will collaborate closely with business unit leaders and senior executives to evaluate strategic investments, assess acquisition opportunities, develop business cases, and support corporate finance initiatives that influence longterm decisions. This position is well-suited for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in finance, consulting, or transaction advisory. Key Responsibilities M&A and Strategic Transactions
- Support the full lifecycle of M&A projects, including deal sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.
- Build robust financial models to evaluate deal structures, synergy potential, sensitivity analyses, and returns.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support strategic decision-making.
Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning
- Develop financial models for longrange planning, capital allocation, investment appraisal, and forecasting.
- Create business cases for new initiatives and corporate strategy programs.
- Perform valuation analyses including comparables, and precedent transactions.
Financial & Executive Analysis
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior leadership
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and business improvement opportunities.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to support performance optimization and strategic initiatives.
Essential Criteria Must Have
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial modelling, M&A, investment analysis, or consulting.
- Advanced Excel modelling skills with experience building dynamic, flexible financial models.
- Proven experience supporting M&A transactions or strategic finance projects.
- Strong analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear insights and executive-level presentations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Experience
- Background in consulting, investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate development.
- Exposure to energy, commodities, logistics, or supply chain industries.
Working Conditions
